For over six years the owner of Val-U-Corp Services served as the President of the Nevada Registered Agents Association. The board's mission is to protect the rights of business owners, and to ensure that Nevada remains a premier location for small business incorporation.
Matthew Taylor has worked in the incorporation and entity creation industry since 1997. Personally, he has worked with over 11,000 business owners to help structure their corporations and LLCs. In his various positions, he passionately lobbies the Nevada and Wyoming Legislatures to protect business owner rights. He frequently speaks on popular topics such as "structuring a business" and "wealth preservation." He is also the founder and CEO of Val-U-Corp's sister companies, Nevada Business Center and Wyoming Business Center.
